Abhishek Gupta
Founding Partner
Abhishek Gupta is the Founding Partner of M/s Abhishek Gupta & Associates (“AGAâ€) and is also on the
Board of various MNCs as a Non-Executive Independent Director. He holds a masters' degree in
commerce. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has completed
the certificate course on Insolvency and bankruptcy Code, 2016 and he also a Registered Trademark
Agent with Trade Mark Registry, Government of India. He is a consultant and advisor in Corporate
Laws with more than 12 years of experience. He holds a vast experience in the areas of Regulatory
compliances, advisory and consultancy services under Corporate Laws, FEMA Regulations, Incorporation
of Companies and LLPs, FEMA, Private placement, qualified institutional placement, Due diligence and
conducting special assignments for many clients.
Shubhangi Agarwal
Managing Partner
Shubhangi Agarwal is the Managing Partner and is also on the Board of various MNCs as a Non-Executive
Independent Director. She holds a bachelor's' degree in commerce from University of Delhi. She is a
fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a vast experience in the areas
of Regulatory compliances, advisory and consultancy services under Corporate Laws, FEMA Regulations,
Incorporation of Companies and LLPs, Private placement and Due diligence for many clients.
Raveena Gupta
Independent Advisor and Associated with AGA
Raveena Gupta is an independent advisor and associated with AGA form more than 2 years. She is currently
working with a listed company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing
corporate secretarial and compliance functions. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India and hold a masters' degree in Commerce. She has worked with various companies
including TRDP Group and has more than 10 years of experience in legal and secretarial functions. She
has vast experience in the areas of advisory and consultancy services under Corporate Laws,
Incorporation of Companies and LLPs, FEMA, Private placement etc.
Sachin Jain
Independent Advisor and Associated with AGA
Sachin Jain is an independent advisor and associated with AGA form more than 5 years. He is currently
working with SMPP Limited as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing
corporate secretarial and compliance functions. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India and hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University, as well
as a Bachelor's degree in Law from CCSU. He has worked with Zomato Limited and CL Educate Limited and
has more than 12 years of experience in legal and secretarial functions. He has vast experience in the
areas of IPOs, Listing Regulations, Regulatory compliances, Corporate Laws, FEMA Regulations,
Incorporation of Companies, Trust, society, Private placement etc.
Sidhant Benara
Transaction advisory
Sidhant Benara possesses over Ten years' experience specializing in Transaction advisory for various deal
transactions and acquisitions. His role in AGA is always to act in the mainstream as an initiator &
promoter of the ideas and then implementation of these ideas using the technologies prevalent in the
market. He is well equipped in advising and representing clients in contentious regulatory proceedings
and litigations before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He has also advised clients on several
intricate questions of law, emanating in course of their business. He is an associate member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India and associated with AGA form more than 10 years.
And we have a team of 15 person including 7 qualified company secretaries. All the members of the team
members have the requisite work experience as required and are familiar with the business and legal
issues of the Company.
